quick and dirty box matched under can light

Originally had some puck lights under here but they were junk.

Had a left over hanging florescent which was pretty low profile. Also had 2 cans of red, left over. Rustoleum apple red and regal red.

Took apart the light, sprayed the plastic ends with krylon flat black. Painted the light apple red, then dusted it with regal red...i'll be darn if it's about identical to matco fire red (or whatever the color of this old box is)

still gotta paint this end of the garage and build a frame around the left over slatwall i had put up.

lol heck yeah man you think i do this often? i just moved 2 feet high pile of ****, the scrap mail was my token let's keep this clean for about 5 minutes moment. It was a zen moment.

i'm on my 400th garage clean/organize attempt. Give it a week and 2 feet of stuff will be piled back up there.
