I have searched but cannot find this particular question. Can the approach ramps and wheel stops be installed on either side of the lift? I understand the Hydraulic lift mechanism only goes on one column but I want to have the approach ramps on the same side as that mechanism and I do not see anything in the manual that says you can do so. Assume you can but would like to make sure. Many thanks!

Yes, the ends are the same as far as fitting the ramps onto. I seem to recall the installation instructions mentioned about the different ways you can install the power post in either end. If you had a drivethrough garage and 2 sets of ramps, you could drive on one side and off the other.

Power unit can go in front left or rear right. Ramps go in rear. So yes, power unit can be on post to the right of ramps,

The instructions do address this if you go through them carefully, but all BendPak lifts have problems/inaccuracies in their instructions. I recommend watching a YouTube video of someone else installing the lift you want before you get into it. You'll see all of those missing pieces and how other folks get around them.

BenkPak support is also really good/quick at answering these questions once you have made your purchase.
