I have a new house, and I did a quick seal job on the garage floor and I noticed that there is a small crack/gap between the slap and walls/foundation. I was thinking of sealing the gap with a concrete caulk.
Is there a reason not to do this?

Can't think of a good reason, unless your top coating with epoxy(as that might crack as the floor expands contracts). Just don't forget to use backer rod if the gap is more that 1/2" deep!
