Quick Grip storage

I've got a pile of Irwin Quick Grip clamps that I need to store in an organized way. I'd like to hang them on my shop wall, perhaps building something similar to the idea in this picture. How do you guys store your clamps?

In a bucket! Seriously though, that's the way to do it in the picture you posted. Check out Matthias Wandel on Youtube. He's a bit of a brainiac-engineer-woodworker and is all into tool storage and such.

I have a 2x4 mounted to a wall, horizontal. My clamps are reversed from yours and clamped to the 2x4. Either way is great.

I clamp mine in a vertical position on the shelve above my toolbox.

They can be clamped horizontally or vertically. I have never felt the need to build a custom receiver for quick release clamps.

Thanks guys. All great ideas. I liked the bucket suggestion, haha. I took a look at Matthias Wandel's videos. I thought his wasp sucking machine was cleaver. I think for now I'm going to stay with my original idea and just mount a slotted board to the wall. I like how all the clamps hang uniformly.

I clamp mine to the edge of a shelf above my drill press with the body of the camp above the shelf. It is unused space so this works well. I did the same with my F clamps.

Same here except I use a 1x3 and don't even bother to clamp them. Just hook the top of the business end over the horizontal board.

I know that is probably sacrilege to some of you guys who organize your shop rags by color, then texture, then stain content but it works for me

This is an old pic but you get the idea. I ended up with more clamps so I had to move them around. I took a old DVD rack that a friend was throwing out.
