so, I spent the day yesterday hooking up my LM3800... I plugged it in last night to check the door obtrution sensor alignment (?). Everything lined up and I got my green light.. However the control panel on the wall did not light up.
I have not set all the parameters for the doors yet (was too late for that), but shouldnt this display be lit up?
I wanted to know if I need to check the wires before I move ahead with it...

Thanks,

The control should be on once the unit is powered up. You are talking about the wired digital display.... right?

If the display is not displaying anything, clock or temp and no back lighting, then its not connected correctly or bad.
