Question: can you put 2 grounds on the same ground bar in the pannel?
(ie) 2 green wires in the same slot (I don't know what it's called?)

Depends, if the label on the panel says you can, yes w/ the limitation that they have to be the same size & material. One cannot put 2 neutrals under 1 screw.

So if I put 2 #12AWG under one Screw and 1 #10AWG under it's own screw On the Ground Bar I would still be in complience with code?

Again, it depends on the panel. Read the label inside the door. It will list how many wires, of what sizes are allowed in each ground and neutral hole, and specify the torque for them. This is your clue as to whether the panel allows multiple wires on one ground bar position.

Ok so I have a Siemens G2030ML-1150 This is Not the Main pannel Main is located on the side of the house, with the disconnect. So If I understand you right? I can have a (2) or (3) 14 to 10 AWG grounds under the same screw? My pannel has the same information as what is listed in you attached picture But I should match 14 with 14 , 12 with 12 and 10 with 10? Inother words don't mix 10AWG with 14AWG, or is this acceptable?

Just let me say I thank you for you paitence.... I just want to do it right and not put my family at risk or me for that matter. Again thanks...

Mixing the wire sizes or types (solid vs stranded) would keep the screw from firmly gripping one or the other of the wires...... Two wires of the exact same size, and the screw bites on them equally.

Ok so after further investigation I found other grounds connected in the same manner. I should have looked first! Same size with other same size.
Everything has worked out right. Again thanks to everyone that has replied.

Issue solved! Now I might need a sub pannel in the future, but that is another thread.

I would have absolutely no problem mixing them under the specification of that label.

2 or 3 14-10 means multiple of the same size wire. If different sizes were allowed the combinations would have to be spelled out (just like on the listed combinations for wire nuts). ie: 1x #14 + 1-2 #10.

If you are correct, it is certainly not a very clear way to state what you say it says. I have never read it that way. I would take 1 or 2 14/2 to 12/2 to mean that you could use one 14/2 and one 12/2 cable. It is certainly needlessly confusing, like most limited electrical instructions, and subject to varying interpretation.

If the wires are installed on top of each other, rather than side by side, it shouldn't matter one bit.

I'm sure there is no cite to prove your interpretation so I won't ask for one.

My square D states 2 12 or 2 14. Much clearer and it also suggests that the above interpretation of the Siemans panel listing is incorrect. If Siemens wished to state that the wires had to be the same size they would have stated as follows:

(2) or (3) 10 or 12 or 14. Simple. Instead they stated (2) or (3) 14-10

I'm not prepared to state you are wrong but I don't think this is very clear and I doubt there is an answer short of calling Siemens
