If its something like 240vac "power" and 120vac "controls" for a specific machine, then probably fine, minimal amp draw on 120vac.
I would not try that for stationary/lighting/etc loads.

You need to be concerned with the load on a per winding basis to be sure there is no overload condition. Specifically, is x3-x4 overloaded from the two loads thru it. Need the kva rating of the xformer, nameplate would be best and can then calculate if issue. Need overcurrent protection for each ckt on the secondary and also primary.
its a 5kva transformer, and both loads aren't constantly being used, the main 240 load is mostly used, the second 120v load is only used mometarily every 10-20 minutes.
when i went through it in my head at the time it sounded fine, just wanted to double check and im not at work anymore with time to sit down and read through it.
worse comes to worse, i'll just swap the transformer for a larger one to accommodate, but only pulling 1/4 of the load on the 120 side and less than 1/2 of the load on the 240 side seemed like it would be fine.
Also x2-x3 should be bonded to equipment ground and neutral comes off of x2-x3.
