I had been wanting a small vise for a little while and got these two for free.

Decided to clean up the Littlestown to use.

Here's the before and after.

Along with the Littlestown I also got this tiny vise, I was just curious if anyone knew anything about it. :dunno:

Justin: nice restore on your littlestown vise. did you oil or grease the main screw? both work and just wanted to let you know that it's a light duty vise so don't beat on it or use it as a press. also since it has an open screw if you are cutting items in the jaws put a damp or slightly oily rag over the screw so you can keep as many shavings from going in and out of your vise nut and wearing it down.

the little one that might be a Bonney has a modified clamp screw and would normally have a screw with a sort of butterfly wing on it like a clamp we use for welding.

good luck
