Hi all,
I just purchased the Quickjack BL3500 and in the process of
assembly now. I'm at the point in the instructions to fill the
reservoir. While unscrewing the cap to the reservoir, I hear something
drop to the bottom of the reservoir. With a flashlight, I see a small
metal plate, maybe 1" square and 1/8" thick. I can pull it up
with a magnet but it won't come of of the fill hole.
I called QJ and was told this is normal. Huh??. I explained that
your instructions are very thorough and easy to follow and if
this is normal, that should be noted in the instructions.
Anyway, the tech support person didn't know why it was normal
and will followup with me with an answer.
Meanwhile, has anyone else come across this issue?
