I've not used the ones you've link (which are ridiculously expensive), but I did use some of the Harbor Freight roller ball bearings held on with double side tape. It was $10 and does the job very well.

Each lift platform is over 80 lbs. and they don't slide all that easy over bare concrete. The rollers definitely help move them around.

I'm going to give the roller bearing approach a try. I originally bought the 1" ones, but they are quite wide (conflicting with the platform when lowered) so got a second order of these, 1/2": https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08SQX9CQ7?tag=atomicindus08-20 Will advise how they work.
