I've assembled my QuickJack but I can't get it to lift - I run the pump but the lifts never move.
Of course, it's the weekend, so Ranger is unavailable for tech support.
The instruction manual suggests priming the pump in this situation - remove the relief valve cap and run the pump until you feel "pressure" (this phrase seems annoyingly vague to me). When I do this I never feel anything that can be construed as pressure.
By chance, has anyone else encountered this? Is there some nuance to priming the pump that isn't clear in the manual? I noticed there's a hex threaded insert inside the relief valve, I'm wondering if that's the key...
