Quickway - Bethlehem Spark Plug Co - Set C Special

I was fortunate enough to find a Bethlehem Spark Plug Quickway Set C Special in the box at the flea market. The metal box is pretty rough but it has all 8 sockets and ratchet. It has a plug but looks much shorter than the extension in the photos I have been able to find. It was also missing the 7/16" hex drive L handle. Anyone have the dimensions of the extension and/or the 7/16" hex drive? TIA
