We purchased this product at Lowes after it being recommended by the sales associate. We followed the 3 step process - Bond-Lok, 1-part garage floor sealer and then high gloss sealer. Obvioulsy it did not take well. It does not resist hot tires. I can put down a piece of packaging tape and pull the coating right off. Any advice on where to go from here? How do we remove this and why did it not take? I would greatly appreciate any advice. Most likely we will be hiring someone to redo this, but I was just wondering where we went wrong - since we can read and took our time to make sure we followed the directions. Thanks so much!

I have no knowledge of that product, but I have seen lots of guys with the "hot tire" or long term sitting problem. I guess it may be a product durability problem, rather than your fault in application.

You just need a better product. I think the recommendation you will hear, is that you need to diamond grind and then use a two part 100% solids epoxy.
