Quikrete Garage Epoxy & Control/Expansion Joints

Has anyone successfuly used the Quikrete Garage Epoxy product with caulked expansion/control joints for a seamless floor? I am at the point where we need to purchase the caulking for the expansion/control joints and am uncertain which to use. Recommendations?

Quikrete indicated that the only product I could put in the expansion/control joints is that their epoxy product will adhere to is Quikrete crack filler and I definitely dont want to use that.
