We have a Quincy 230 ROC 17 so about a 1956 build.
the 230 was in my dads fab shop originally then replaced with Quincy 370 that we just rebuilt a few years ago for the second time
(370 has over 90K hours on it now)

I can not find the paperwork or parts manual on the 230 and wondering if anyone here has a copy of an early 230 parts manual.
Ours is a splash lube model if that helps date it. We are in the process of rebuilding it as our back up compressor but find we need oversize pistons and I do not know the part number for the pistons. If anyone can provide the part number for that 3.5" piston it would help.

Thanks

This is the earliest i could find on the Quincy website, ROC 27.

It seems like the early ROC manuals for almost every pump is lost to time.

If you go to quincycompressor.com
>Resources
>Literature library

and search your pump "qr 230" you'll find what they have posted. Filter by "list" helps too.
Thank you! I thought I had Dug around on the Quincy Site but not deep enough

Found the manual was labeled 230 Legend and covers ROC 1-25 Looks like the pressure lubrication came in at ROC20 Thank you for putting me on the right track. Not many companies out there that you can download a 60-70 year old manual from.

Awesome! I know right. I am super impressed with Quincy and the info they put out there. I'm working on a Quincy 310 ROC 21. 1960s era, almost all the parts are still available and Quincy had a ROC 22 manual listed which is close enough for me. Good luck on your endeavors!

Hi Bruce I know this is an older thread but where did you find this manual for 230 legend. I have a roc of 5 and I need help with the literature if you don’t mind.
