New to the site. I just acquired a very old quincy 325 roc 4, I'm in the process of rebuilding it. I need help rebuild the centrifugal unloader. I cant get it to close. Anyone have a diagram ? I contacted quincy and they dont have anything. Also anyone have a low pressure inlet valve sitting around willin to sell me? Mine cracked, I repaired the crack with a welder but I'll rather get a different one. I'm having problems with the unloader tower leaking out of the side port at all times. Would that be a bad valve seat? The washer looking thing inside of it?

If your unloader tower is leaking all the time, you have a bad exhaust valve. Quincy sometimes used the high pressure exhaust valve as the check valve, so if it is leaking, the unloaders that hold open the inlet valves will et the air leaking back through the exhaust valve to discharge out the side of the unloader tower. Sounds like you need a new set of valve springs and discs.
