Quincy Compressor ID

Can anyone ID this compressor for me? I THINK it say AT5 on the model tag but I can't read it well from the provided pictures.

Here's the manual. See if you can find the ROC on the pump.

So is this single stage, 2 stage? Any specs on it?

EDIT: Maybe not.... I just saw the minimum bid is $400.... A bit much for that unit.
