Quincy Model 106 RoC 15 rebuild

I bought this compressor at a yard sale about 15 years ago. It has now developed a slow leak. I believe the discharge valve is where the leak is coming from. Everything else looks alright, but I can't get the discharge valve (part # 1553x3) apart to check the seal. Can anyone tell me how to disassemble this valve?
