ok so I can get this for about 400 bucks..I've been in steel quonset huts but I know nada about these I have no idea what type of material this is.I'm trying to get more info from the current owner.Does anybody have an idea?Im wondering how long it will last also if it'll be possible to put corrugated panels on it when the material goes.
I currently have a shop but thought this would be good to have to free up some space .

Looks to be vinyl. If you live in a non snow community, it will last no problem. if you live in a snow region of the states, it should last a couple of years. You cant get a storage shed for under $2,500 that size anywhere. So the $400 is well worth it.

We get snow but I have some huge oaks I thought I could put it under.Yeah the price is the only selling point for me.There's a co that will build a 18x32 open front machine shed for 1600..heck they do a 23x32 pole barn with 10 ft sides for 4k.
That's what I was gonna do before I rehabed my old shop but it just needed a new roof so I couldn't justify it.The guys who did the roof tore the old one off& framed a new one for 900..next month he's framing a 16ft addition roof&all for only 400 bucks! So maybe Ill just have him frame me a small building for around 200.Its crazy how cheap he is&how good he does. He's a older fella.
Anyhow looks like it's poluyurethane.

Lots of those in snow country. Alot of people will use them as seasonal storage. Since it has no man door it is not very convenient for a daily use. It will need to be tied down good.

It looks to me like that one may not be assembled properly. On the inside that you can see in the pic the bottom bar is visible. It would normally go inside the "pocket" in the fabric. This may be done different so the cover is easier to remove.

Price out a new one as $400 doesn't seem like a great deal unless that is what you are looking for. Adding a solid shell would be a waste and I doubt the frame would handle it.
