Yes apparently it can - on another vBullitin forum I'm on, it can't - at least it doesn't for me ....

I used to be really good at playing with font, color, etc. settings... IIRC there is a way to specify a specific font size, not just the generic 1-7, but I haven't figured out how to do that here... it may be disabled...
