"R" sufix on V belt sizes

I came across a 4L350R belt the other day and haven't been able to find a definitive answer as to what the R designates.
From what Ive seen I'm guessing rubber.

Part Number Example: 4L200R

4L = cross section

200 = outside circumference inches in 1/10ths

R = Raw Edge Construction
