Driveway light sensor ???
About a year or so ago, I had an electrician install the RAB GT-500R that I bought new (not a refurbished model)
Worked GREAT ... until just lately ....
Now its not working --- at all ... I checked the switch it's wired to - that has power.
I have power to the unit.
I switched both light bulbs.
Tried adjusting the motion sensitivity.
nothing happens (as in = no lights work anymore.)
So I'm thinking it's the sensor itself, and I priced some on line = HOLY COW ....
I think I paid like $60 bucks for the entire unit, and replacement sensors are around $50 ?!?!?!?!
Can you think of something else I can try ? Can't believe it only lasted just over a year .... not sure I want to pay $50 bucks for a sensor when I can get another whole unit for $60
and then again ... I don't want to make this an annual purchase either ...
Suggestions ????
