I recently reached out to Race Deck because I had 5 tiles that had gotten stained in a way that I could not wash off. They quickly provided me with replacement tiles. I think their customer service is outstanding. Here is a picture after replacing the 5 tiles - can you identify the replacements? I can't and think that says a lot about the quality.

looks great. I will be going with solid diamond tiles as well. Closing on the house in early December.

I've had the same great customer service. A few years ago, one of the edging tiles was damaged by a spinning tire and when I attempted to order a replacement, they no longer made that style.

Without any prompting on my part, the rep asked me how many feet of ededging I needed and sent them to me free of charge.
