Today I visited the Weather Tech factory store in Bolingbrook Illinois. It is a very nice facility with all their products on display and even a coffee bar to enjoy while they proccess your order.
While I was looking around a found a display of their product Tech Floor, it looks like a great product but it has one issue that concerned me when reading the description. It says that you should not drive a vehicle on the floor and turn the front wheels. (steer them side to side)
This seems strange, so they expect you to just drive straight into the garage and straight out?? I know I steer my vehicles when in the garage or in my shop to maneuver them into position. Does Race Deck have the same restriction?

No. RaceDeck floors are built for cars. Here is a YouTube video demonstrating a truck tire turning on racedeck.

I have Racedeck flooring but I seldom put either car in the garage. When I do pull a car into the garage it is to work on it. I normally just pull straight in and when I back out again I pretty much go straight back. I have though, turned the front wheels when I was doing some work on one of the cars, and it didn't cause any problems.

I figured I would offer my "opinion" on the Tech Floor system. I was one of the first customers to purchase this product. I wont post info publically but I will answer PMs if wanted or needed. I have nothing bad or negative to say about weather tech/ tech floor, they have outstanding customer service. But I will say I no longer have this product in my garage

Yes, that was class.

I have had RD for a few years. I move and park my vehicles and tractor around on mine and have never seen the tiniest damage, marking or any other sign that I've turned tires or etc. on the tiles. Couple of times I even drove into the garage with snow chains on the tires of my pickup because the weather was such I didn't feel like removing the chains outdoors first. I expected I'd pay for that with some damage to the tiles, but there was none. The tiles where my vehicles park and move are all Freeflow style.

Thank You guys, I apologize, my first post probably shouldn't have been of that nature. Also, its more of my experience than opinion.
