Anyone use the free flow on a garage thats for daily drivers? What about clean up? Do you just vac, once in a while? My wifes car will be in and out about 5 times a day so a lot of snow, rain and dirt will get tracked in.

Hi
I have had FreeFlow in my garage for the last 10 years, in the area that I have our daily drivers coming in with lots of snow & and road slop, It really works well.
If you garage has a pitch at all ( most every garage in snow climates do or should), you can simply just hose off every once in a while and it will run right out the door. I wash my SUVs, in the garage during the winter. In worst case, it is very easy to just unsnap a large section and slide it out to get underneath ( I have never had to do this...). if you do have a good shop vac, that would work too.
Its great to pull in your garage with all of the snow and slop on your car that melts off and goes through the floor, so you have no mess in the morning...
Thanks:beer:

Thanks, that makes me feel better about going with the free flow. I do have a center drain.

Is the free flow tile as strong as the standard racedeck tile ? What about jacks / jack stands etc ?

They seem to be the same strength as standard RD. Its not the vertical structrual pieces of the tile that have been removed to create the vents, only the horizontal parts between the structural elements. If that makes any sense... There are some pix in their Gallery that shows the whole floor as FreeFlow

FreeFlow can be used as the entire garage floor and is a very popular choice amongst our customers. FreeFlow also handles very high vehicle loads and 4 post lifts, tool boxes /chests , and jacks will be fine as well.

In my personal garage I have large FreeFlow in the entry area where my large Trucks are parked ( Dodge Megacab 4x4 = very heavy)
