Race Deck on order cant wait...All Done

First off I have been a lurker for a few months now and I love the site. I have a ok size 375 square foot garage for my car. Last summer I was able to get a 18 by 14 shed with a loft for all my yard stuff and storage for things not used much.
Almost done with a complete overhall of the garage. Added a bunch of lights and power outlets and all new drywall all the way around.
The floor was the last step and the Race Deck deal for forum members sealed the deal. I have an 08 VW R32 that stays parked during the week and I like to keep it clean. I do all my own work on the car so this was a long overdue overhaul. I will get some pics up when I take my camera home.
Thanks everyone

RaceDeck is tops in my book for what I needed

Is that a urinal in the corner?? I have always wanted to put one in my garage!!

Yes it is. I do alot of yard work and have to take my boots off to go on hardwood floors and when friends are over doing car work we can use it. Wife likes it more than me for that reason.
I have 1 more Gladiator unit to install to hold all my big tools and buckets of stuff. Its the 48 inch wide unit. The long wall still needs to get drywall done and I am moving the water lines up by the garage door for my pressure washer so I dont have to run a hose to it anymore.

I love it. Did you install yourself? Is a 2" drain pipe big enough for that?

There already was some drain pipe in the floor for the clothes washer. its 1.5inch pipe. The pipe off the urinal was 1.5inch also and it has the trap built into it. I just added it in and have not had any problems. For water I just did a turn valve since homes dont really have enough pressure to work the kind you would find in public. It might not be 100% correct but I dont think there will be any problems and I dont plan on moving ever.

Yes love vortex and golfmkv.com . I dont post much. Both cars look great. Funny the Jetta has same rims and black out hood and roof just like mine.
I am going to get some paint on 1 wall this weekend and I think I am going to install the floor sunday. We are having everyone over for Easter so I bet I can get more than a handful of kids to help me install it quick.

Almost all done. took a little over 3 hours to install 375 feet. Kids helped some. I used rubber hammer to install and worked my way around. It was easy and looks great.

Got home today to find 10 big boxes from RaceDeck!:bounce::bounce::bounce: I mean, I ordered it on Friday afternoon and this was Tuesday morning! Janine is absolutely GREAT to work with, she even took time to check out my plan on their site and give me her opinion. You'll never guess what I'm doing on Saturday.

I'll have pics soon...just laid down 442 sq of charcoal and alloy RaceDeck this afternoon. Michelle and Ashley were great to work with and I'm glad I paid a little extra to get THE name in modular flooring.

Thanks to all the info on this forum and a lot of research I decided to go with Garagetrac. The pictures of the before floor look better than the floor actually did but if you zoom you will see how bad the floor was. The Garagetrac cost me less than a DIY top quality 100% solids Epoxy build up floor given all the extra repair and fill work that had to be done not counting a month of work and loss of a garage with my work schedule. One week to get the floor shipped to my door and I put it down in a couple of hours plus a couple more hours to cut and drop the last row around the perimeter. Based on the few folks that saw it and asked for the info I may want to open a RaceDeck store.

Thanks to all on this site for your posts that helped me make my decision!!
