Race-Deck question

I am choosing a floor for my 4000 sq ft equipment garage.

Everything will be rubber tired except for a Bobcat T870 track loader. It weighs about 13,000 lbs and has a rubber track.

How will the floor hold up to the track sliding over the surface when it is turning?

Do tires leave marks on the floor?

I've had my Racedeck for around 9 years now. It's actually seen two garages.

Anyway, I never had a single problem with tire marks. But then again my cars don't weigh 13,000 lbs
