RaceDeck 3'x3' Charred Oak Installed

Our Smoked and Charred Oak styles are getting more and more popular and we are now offering in a whopping 3'x3' seamless module. These photos are from Dempsey Motorsports ( founder of Pelican Parts)... cool garage no doubt.

Thank you for posting these photos. Are the tiles Smoked Oak or Charred Oak? I like the look of this surface finish, when I spoke to the sales person at Race Deck, they were steering me away from this for my new garage.

I intend to use the main area to park my finished cars with occasional jacking and minor maintenance. I will have an area for fabrication and welding and parts/tire storage I plan to keep plain concrete floor. I noticed there is a 4 post lift in the corner which I also have. Can the lift posts be placed on the tile or do you have to trim the tiles? I like the flexibility of the 4 posts since I move my lift around on occasion. I swapped the cast steel castors with castors with a thick urethane coating. Main question is, do the tiles need to be trimmed for direct concrete surface contact for the posts, or could I use some 1/4" aluminum plate or high quality ply wood to distribute the load under each post?

Thanks for considering RaceDeck... To answer your question, you do not need to trim anything for a 4-post lift, you can just place the lift on the Racedeck. Also, the photos above are the 3'x3' modules in Charred Oak

A bit of an unconventional use-case and unconventional first post on this forum... I am doing a bunch of research on garage flooring and am looking into RaceDeck...

I am looking to remodel the attached garage that is currently being used as a pottery studio by my wife. In terms of durability, doing pottery is waaaaaay less destructive than anything that would be going on in a conventional garage, but I do wonder how these fair to being cleaned. As one would imagine, over time dust builds up and it needs to be taken care of with a mop. Is there anything about these tiles that would make mopping/clean-up difficult?

Also as far as spills are concerned, how to these fair with water creeping between the tiles? Slip resistance when wet?

Sorry for the stupid questions. Reading my post give me "is this guy serious?" vibes, but since the thread got some responses not too long ago I figured I would leverage it. Sorry if some of this is still covered on your site too... kind of early in my research.
