RaceDeck and bugs

For all you RaceDeck experts, I could use some assistance if you please. I'm going to install RaceDeck in a 20' x 20' 2-car garage. My question is how do you keep a community of ants, spyders, etc. from living under this stuff with all the gaps and space under there. They would have their own paths throughout my floor underworld and I never see them, except when they peak out.

Here near the coast, we have lots of bugs/insects constantly crawling around the garage. With bare concrete and epoxy, I can see them and sweep/vacuum them out. With the cool RaceDeck tile, I'm afraid they win.

Am I wrong?

I guess there is no reason to try and seal around the edges. True?

time to get a better exterminator, i have a reservoir and woods, that my neighborhood backs up to, and i have no issue what so ever

Race Decks Polypropylene has anti bug nesting properties. Jorgen manufactures his floors with this special bug repellent (patent pending technology).

All other tile company's plastic, especially pvc type, invite bugs and actually promote breeding of said bugs.

GarageGuy - now that is funny! Maybe bugs just know to stay away from any garage where this kind of money is spent for tile. I guess I will resort to heavy duty chemicals. Bruce.

really good question, I have never had a problem with critters under my tiles but I can see how they like it under there. I do have ants and termites (hopefully no more) and when I pulled up my floor to move, there was nothing under the tiles.
