RaceDeck and GarageTrac

Question on difference between RaceDeck and GarageTrac. I realize they are made by the same company, what is the difference besides cost and waranty? I am looking to tile a residential 3-car garage that I park 2 SUVs and a compact tractor. I do oil changes and light mechanical work on these. Is the GarageTrac suitable for this application or do I need to move up to the RaceDeck?

The major differences are as follows
- GarageTrac is a bit lighter weight and has less rolling load capacity
- It has a different understructure than RaceDeck. RaceDeck is beefier
- The tread pattern on top is different and not as easy to keep clean

GarageTrac is less expensive but for the average 2-3 car garage you are looking at only few hundred dollar difference.
