In my garage I have a support beam directly in the middle. Has anyone installed racedeck tiles around beams before. Pics would be great!!

I have been looking into race deck as well. There are several images on the Internet, try google images, of race deck around a center post. I imagine the recommendation is to leave a little clearance for expansion.

I've come across this before and it's not that difficult if you plan ahead. What you want to do is measure out the floor so that a seam for the tile bisects close to the center of your beam or post. That way you can trim the tiles with a jigsaw to match the outline of the beam or post. Just make sure to leave the manufacturer's recommended spacing for expansion.

I don't have any pictures myself, but here is a link to an example here.

I had to place RD tiles around my water filter. No big deal, measure several times for accuratcy. If I recall, I used cardboard to make a draft, then used the draft to mark the tile before cutting.

don't worry about it, just do the floor and leave that tile(s) out, and then cut them to fit afterwords. If it's in the center of one tile, just take one, and cut it in half, then cut half the circle out of each side, then stick them in a half at a time. takes 3 seconds

Yes I will be sure to do that, thank you. I have been fooling around with the floor designer for a while now. Trying to get it perfect. I am very indecisive. This could be a while!
