Well, I got the RD down about 99% today. Still need to dig out the jigsaw for a couple corner cuts. Also got the walls painted with the exception of the stripe which I'm still taping off. Probably gonna be awhile before i finish up since we will actually move tomorrow and it'll be time to hang ceiling fans, etc. for awhile.

looks sharp man! What colors, style of tiles did you use..take one like before #3..looks like your tile colors compliment the driveway stone.

Thanks! The parking area is Beige Free Flow with an Alloy FF stripe and 2 Graphite FF stripes. The work area is Diamond RD in the same colors.

Very nice! I really like the color combo and how you matched it to your home and driveway. It flows well.

I'm about to start laying down my floor this morning. I just got done prepping my garage last night after a full month of garage-related prep-projects. I'm looking forward to the Racedeck install because it will be the easiest part of the overall project.

Looks great, I especially like the fact that you didn't drink the koolaid and just do black/grey/red like everyone else. I actually like this color combination better!

I was tempted! I think that color combo looks great. Unfortunately, my house is very brown as you can see from the photo below (even browner now that the garage doors are painted brown, too,) and I thought that gray garage walls would not have looked right. I did add the grey stripes to tie in the cabinets I will be adding.

Very nice design. Now you can scold your wife if she parks outside of the guidelines (black/grey tiles) and have proof that she cannot argue with. We all know how our better halves like to twist our words during spats.

There is the three car on one side and then the casita has an additional attached one car garage. About 10'X20'.

Great job with the floors!

Probably a very stupid question, but please humor this midwesterner... what's a "casita"? Is it like a mother-in-law suite or an attached rental property?

Yes, my dad lives in Sisal Mexico and had a casita built first on the property. He lived in it while they built the main house. I believe some of his workers use it when they come weekly to clean and tend to the property etc....

Casa being house I'd imagine casita is a little house? So pretty much what you thought.

Some updated pics. Finally got the wall stripe done and added a US General 44" toolbox, a Seville workbench and a couple cabinets:
