RaceDeck Floor & 4 Post Lifts Question?

Are your 4 post lifts setting on your Racedeck floor or did you all cut around each leg?

Quick question for those with lifts on top of the decking...

As seasons change, do you find that the lift keeps the deck from expanding/contracting?

I have not had mine very long, but did have a problem with the floor sometimes shifting slightly forward and back as I pulled in / out, not that the lift is in place on top of the floor it has not moved at all.
