Hey Guys

Have you ever experienced this, and any way to get this out of the concrete. Racedeck has been in there for like 7 years.

That's not damage. The tile cannot physically harm concrete. That's dirt and what appears to be efflorescence that has built up under the tiles for those seven years. What your concrete needs is a good scrubbing :)

Too funny. Many years ago when I went through a nasty divorce, the psycho ex ripped up a whole three car garage in of gorgeous graphite and alloy RaceDeck tiles because she couldn’t stand the thought that I was the one who put them in. She threw them into the trash can over several weeks. I told a buddy who lived nextdoor, and he was able to salvage most of them for his garage.

The bat sh*t crazy ex went ballistic when she saw his garage floor! She emailed me a pic of the stained concrete floor much like yours. Her “this is your fault” comment got a “stupid hurts doesn’t it?” From me!

Did you power wash or pressure wash? Pressure washers are not always that effective in removing stuff from concrete. Power washers are better because they use extremely hot water.

Assuming you used a pressure washer, your best bet is to rent a floor maintainer and purchase a couple of green or black scrub pads to go with it. Working in sections, mix up a strong degreaser solution and pour it out on the floor. Let it soak for 5 to 10 minutes, then run the scrubber over it. Rinse and move to the next section. It is one of the more effective ways of cleaning concrete.
