I highly don't recommend Racedeck or anything like Racedeck in my opinion. I say this because I had mine down for about a year, and it was fine but didn't take much abuse (no cars were driven on it) just motorcycles. Well, I would mop it about once a week and a year of doing that turned into mildew under the tiles. I tore it all out and WHAT A MESS... Just my .02 cents. I would just do epoxy because it seems to be just as much maintenance as far as cleaning goes, also the diamonds on the decking are hard to clean.

I would highly rec'd the product. I just installed this in my garage and it is fantastic. I called Racedeck directly and they are just about the best at customer service in a time when CSR's really ****!
The color combo's are virtually unlimited and this product allows you to design a pattern only limited by your imagination. It seems that the most popular though is a checkerboard type layout.
How is it that you had so many problems? It is the easiest thing to clean IMHO. I just sweep and then mop with a bottle of glass cleaner and mop with one of those hardwood floor type microfiber "mops". The "diamonds" don't give me any problems as the microfiber contours to the floor when I am going over it.
As far as water getting under your tiles, you must have had some serious standing water with no slope since the tiles have very small tolerances at the joints. I have had my wife come in from the rain before and the water just sat there and did NOT go between the tiles. It either evaporated or drained away.
IIRC, the tiles are mildew/mold resistant. Further the design is that such that any water under them is allowed to drain as long as your garage floor has a slope (I am sure most do).
Did you ever try to contact them and ask for and help trying to remedy the situation? They seem to be VERY customer centered as they have sent out sample to customers for free, replaced tiles for free is damaged form current customers, and anytime I talked with them they seemed genuinely interested in making sure you were satisfied.
