Racedeck Great Customer Service!

I've had my Racedeck floor down for seven years and love it. However, some discoloration occurred on the light grey tiles under my car tires. Racedeck sent me 12 replacement tiles for free!

I have a second garage which I plan on customizing. When it comes time to do the floor, Racedeck will be my only choice!

Their customer service and having the president a GJ member is what sold me. I love mine as well. Congrats on getting it down!

I just put down RaceDeck and its great to hear they stand behind their product so well.

I just put down 1 22x9 RaceDeck floor in a shop - went down just fine. I'm not sure what all of the comments about noise are; now that my whole (well, almost whole) floor's done I don't notice the noise at all.

I did screw up a measurement that cost me 8 tiles - called today and they're shipping replacements to me and not charging for shipping.

Great customer service, great product - when it comes time to do the "big garage'; we'll probably go with RaceDeck again.
