RaceDeck in -40*

Hey everyone, first post here. I was just wondering if anyone had any info on how RaceDeck handles really really cold temperatures. I live in Fairbanks, AK and my garage has a heater in it. But I just wouldnt want to spend all that money for the tiles to just break because of the cold. Anyone have any info on it? Thanks in advance

I had RaceDeck in a detached garage in Winterpeg and it held up just fine.

-40C or -40F was not an issue.

If you break a RaceDeck module from being too cold, I will gladly replace at no charge...Of all the millions of feet we have sold, I am not aware of one warranty claim for "frostbite" - We have also sold our products for walk-in deep freezers

have you ever been to alaska in the summer? completely makes up for the not so nice winters. and the outdoors life is second to none

I left a few samples I got from racedeck out all winter just to see how it would hold up.. no problems at all. granted, we don't get as much uber cold in wasilla as you do up there, but it's not uncommon to get -20 to -30 for a good stretch

and I can't agree more about the summers in AK!!!

You can see Russia from there I hear.

Just make sure you put enough expansion room on the edges give the swings in temps you are going to see. It does grow in the heat!
