I'm real happy with new Tuffshield racedeck. Great product and great service.

Seems to be almost impossible to scratch so far.

The black, white, and blue really compliment each other. Very nice place, and contents!

That's my '59 Series sixtytwo convertible.

Good eye and I meant to mention in that your helpful presence on this
group and the great service I received from Jen (who sent me two sets of samples without charge) were one big reason to go racedeck.

Is it safe to install a lift on top of those tiles like that? Shouldn't it be bolted directly to the floor and the flooring trimmed around it?

What kind of pressure can these withstand?

Good question - (I considered cutting the tile). - I forget the exact spec, but I believe these tiles can hold 1500 pounds per square inch - the columns foot plates are at least a 150 square inches. I put two concrete anchors on each corner, more to keep it from sliding than anything else. - I did have this lift installed in my shop with no anchors at all.

A complete failure of the tile would only move column the thickness of the tile, so I don't think there is any safety issue.... But I'm open to other feedback.

Lift is from a company called super lifts... Now out of business, but same lift is sold by a company called Gemini. I'm not sure I'd buy it again, but it works ok for storing two cars in small footprint.
