I have a question. All feedback welcome. My garage is 19'5" x 23. If I'm installing racedeck and have a design with a border, I can't start against the side wall right? If I want the border to be centered, I have to do cut pieces on both sides right? Also, if I'm cutting on both sides, would I need 20 or 21 tiles to do 19'5" wide? Thanks

Chris,

We recommend starting your installation at the opening of your garage door and the left wall (when you're looking from the outside in) and working your way to the back and right walls. This way, you will only have to cut to fit along the back and right walls.

Can you start at the garage door and center it from left to right so the sides have even cut pieces?

The way Jorgen describes the layout is optimal, but my garage was an odd size so I cut down each side to have the pattern in the center of the garage. Its a lot more work, but if you are going to emphasize a pattern on your floor it's worth it.
