I am going to lay down some racedeck in my new shop. I would like some help on the layout. My building has two rooms, the main shop and an office.

I would like to have the layout even around all sides but am trying to figure out to connect it through the door so all the tiles match up. How do you start laying this out?

I know I am going to have to cut around the edges but how do I center everything?

That's actually pretty easy. You'll start in front of the garage door, with your row and edging where you want it, then when you back to the door, extend your rows through it. Don't do any cutting to the checkered side (leave the wall bordering tiles missing if need be), then you will know where you will be making your cuts. You'll probably want to eliminate a foot off of the solid side.

Thanks. One thing I forgot to mention is I need to start on the office side first. I am still finishing the drywall in the shop.
