RaceDeck-like tiles around a support pole?

Hey alll:

How do you lay these modular tiles around a support pole? I imagine a circle cut is needed but how do you finish is it off? Add some sort of collar around it to make it look clean?

I think you will just have to cut super carefully or make collar, I doubt you will find one. Depending on the color, perhaps silicone the color of the tile ?

better yet, remove the support pole and put the tile under it ok that was a joke...
