Racedeck question, buying a little at a time

I really would like a free flow Racedeck floor but I am not so sure I want to lay out all that money at once. Has anybody purchased say 100 sq feet at a time? I am concerned about color differences in different lot numbers. Also not sure how that would work with shipping costs. Thanks you.

RaceDeck is the best in the business when it comes to quality control and they do a remarkable job of making sure color is consistent across multiple batches. I agree with the prior two posts though. It's best to buy them all at once. There are a couple of ways to save some $ on a project like this and I would be happy to discuss with you.

One last note. If you do decide to go a few at a time consider using two colors in a single tile checker pattern. If there was a slight color difference you won't notice it if they are not butted together.

I agree wait and buy it all at once.

BUT I pulled up my 10 year old Racedeck and moved it to a new bigger garage and had to buy new tiles to fill the new garage, there were no visible issues with color matching or anything else. Except that the new tiles were better looking than my old ones, fixed that by making sure the new ones were as dirty as the old ones in one weekend under a car.
