Racedeck question with sand, pine needles, saw dust

Hi all,

Looking at the Racedeck tiles. My garage is about 800 square feet and I use it for a lot of stuff including metal and wood work. So there will be lots of saw dust, metal filings, and due to big pine trees along my drive way, pine needles.

Also with the kids playing soccer full time there is a lot of turf rubber brought in too, basically disintegrated tires.

How do the Racedeck tiles handle small material buildup underneath the free flow tiles? Does it have good enough flow channels that I can hose it out and it won't clog?

To give you an idea, I have to sweep the floor 3-4 times a week. So if cleaning out this stuff requires pulling up tiles it'd be a no go.

Thanks!

I love my 7 year old Free Flow but I don't have the saw dust or metal shavings you talk of. A shop vac should take care of the saw dust/metal shavings followed by a hosing if needed. RaceDeck also makes solid tiles. CJDave.
