I just had to take a moment to give an honorable mention to Racedeck. As some of you may recall I bought a Revolution floor system back in the spring and installed it. I had some site specific problems with the installation and could not get it sorted out. I was about to give up and the Racedeck team kicked into high gear and came to the rescue. Jennifer Storms is one of the best customer service reps I have ever had the privilege to work with (she sounds really HOT too-- Sorry Jen) Anyway Racedeck never gave up and arranged for John Solice (one of the family) to come by on his way between Richmond and D.C. to spend a couple of days with me to solve the problems. Not only did I meet a really cool car guy and trouble shooter but a passionate professional. I really hated to see him go and hope to hook up with him on future trip next time he comes through. Quality, Quality, Quality person!!!!
I didn't pay them to do the installation originally and had no expectation they would actually come to my shop and help at no charge. I am happy to say that customer service is not dead at least not with Racedeck.
In my 41 years and as a business owner and contractor, I have rarely seen a company put forth this kind of effort. I am comfortably a Racedeck customer for life.
