Racedeck Runner

So my garage floor is epoxy which I love, until winter hits. The floor gets slippery and leads to tracking in dirt and salt. At first I tried an industrial carpet runner which helps with traction but it's typically soaked much of the winter as well. That got me looking at Racedeck to make a runner that is glow thru and elevated.

I'm worried about it moving all over and causing other issues, any way to secure this stuff?

Cut up your carpet runner in a few strips that are just narrower than the RaceDeck runner and place them underneath. It won't move at all.

Other people have done this, in that I've read about their doing so here on the forum. I have not read any follow-ups about problems. It is a good idea, and the suggested carpet pieces is also a great idea.
