Racedeck type tile & Radiant heat floor?

I think this may be a dumb question & i already know the answer but i'm going to put the PEX heating in my garage floor and i was wondering can you put the Racedeck type tile on the floor and have it still heat? or would the tile block all the heat?

Race Deck works fine with radiant heat, maybe even better. The tile allows for air movement underneath which when warmed helps to create an extra insulation layer. Thats what I think with mine anyways.
