I can't compare them insitu, but I have Daytona tile and my brother in law has Racedeck. They are fairly different appearance wise. My brother in law is a "brand name" kind of person and didn't really do any research, he just had someone put in the brand he'd heard of. He is very happy with them. He also really wanted the standard garage pattern (as he called it) so that was good with him. I, of course, got samples from everyone I could get samples from and hemmed and hawed over the decision for months!
I went with Daytona because I preferred the less obtrusive pattern and the more matte finish.
He has had his tile for about a year, I've only had mine for a few weeks.
Quality wise, they seem very comparable. There were other tiles I had samples of that were very cheap and brittle feeling, but these 2 were on the same level if that makes sense.
As far as I'm concerned, with these 2 tiles it's more of an appearance decision, as opposed to if you were trying to decide between Bigfoot plastic and Racedeck, which would definitely be a quality thing.
