Pros and cons of wall-to-wall installation vs. large parking pad?
I have a 21x20 garage. I can either do the whole floor which will require some work with a jigsaw etc as you all know, or I can keep it simple and cut down on the cost by making a huge 18x16 pad.
I have 2 boxes (need to buy 6+ more boxes) of tile already as well as some edging...it may look real sharp around a large perimeter...I dont think a large pad will cut down on functionality or aesthetics, just 2-3 feet of exposed floor around the edges where traffic is very low and objects/items are the most stationary. My workbench will still be sitting on concrete if I go this route.
Any thoughts guys...?
