Racedeck, what to do about this entry?

My garage entry has a lip that I am not sure how to handle with a racedeck install. I have not ordered the racedeck flooring yet and was hoping for some advice on how to deal with this lip. Thanks

I wouldn't worry about it and just design the floor to stop on that edge, including the 3" edging. You might be able to fill it in to level it off, however either way, it looks like you will have a drop off.

Maybe paint the exposed area the same color as your floor to help it visually tie together.

Not sure what the problem would be. Just start the first course so that the edging tiles will be properly situated to the inside edge of the lip. Then on the right area over there, you'll have to cut a piece of tile to fit into that. For a fully-finished look, if that's what you want, you will need to miter-cut the right edge of the edging tile and cut another edge piece short, and miter it, to fit. Take about five minutes, easy to do.

Thanks for the quick replies. Wasn't sure if having the lip plus the height of the racedeck would cause any issues driving up on it.

The edging pieces are about 3" wide and curve over to taper down to a point. Your tires will never feel it. They are designed for this stuff.
