24 X 30. Only for the race car and related activities. This is a working garage so no fancy floor or decorations. I still need to run lines for the compressor just for convenience. Tried to make as much use of wall space as possible to leave maximum floor space open for working. This is a great site. Thanks for lots of ideas.

Thanks guys. The car is made by VanDiemen in England. Runs SCCA Formula Continental or F2000 in pro trim. 2L Ford engine mostly stock with 4 speed gearbox. Car weighs about 900 pounds and has a top speed near 140 MPH depending on the track. We race mostly in midwest. East to Watkins Glen, NY, north to Mosport in Canada, west to Ilinois and Wisonsin and south to St. Louis. We have a lot of fun with it when it's not being a money toilet.

Nice work area. You ever taken the car around the block a time or two just to keep the neighbors on their toes?

I'd like to try it but with only 1 inch of ground clearance there aren't many places to take it. I do fire it up every so often just to let them know it still works. Actually, I have great neighbors and they get a kick out of hearing it.

JCJ,

You are in violation of the Regs in regards to amateur racer's garage workspaces!

That is way too nice, one could even enjoy working on the cars in such a garage!

I am envious!

Great looking garage. I thought that was an Atlantic.
My dad used to race a Ralt RT-5 in DSR. He's retired and the car is now on to another owner.
